I come to you Father with my arms open wide,
because you have never let me down and you are always by my side.
You said I can talk to you and pray because you know how I feel,
you even said you'll tell me the right time when I'm suppose to heal.
I want to be strong and move on like so,
but I miss my son Father and that much you know.
I wish I could turn back the time, but I know that can't be,
you told us we all must die if we want to live eternaly.
In my heart I believe he made peace in the end,
and I will do the same Father just to see him again.
So Father I pray to you to help me get through each day with ease,
like Birthdays and Holidays, just any day please.
