Turtle in a shell.
There comes a point when you want to hide from the cards life deals and the world outside..
Finding refuge and comfort, can some times be hell.
like a man standing in cold water, you become the turtle in a shell.
With drawn uncomfortable , reduced beyond recognition.
Life can not be lived in this altered condition.
So take a deep breathe, exhale real slow.
Look to the south where the warm winds blow.
Stick out your head, and the rest will follow.
