conscious compunction

My poem on yesterday's incidence

Life is full of hilarious moments

Laughter lacking life would be like food without

Condiments

To laugh on others, who bothers

But if you are object of ridicule it matters

Let me share my true story of dental visit

When I became unfortunate comic exhibit

After almost 10 years I gathered courage to visit dentist

He was Dental perfectionist

The great black dental chair was sterilized and made ready

Chair looked like princess throne which firm and sturdy

The chair could move forward and backward.

I was now brave and no longer old coward

I sat on the chair with princess smile.

Unknown of the fact that this happiness was fragile

Doctor started his work

I could feel some minor jerk

Doctor told me to rest for a while

And I gave him broad ear to ear smile

In no time there was a great stroke

And great black chair broke

I was almost upside down

Just like a circus clown

Head touching ground and legs facing roof

Entire clinic staff standing as proof

All dental instruments got scattered on ground.

Everyone there started gathering around.

Oh my god what an embracing plight

No body could stop laughing on this comic sight

Doctor felt guilty for no reason

Apologised for the awkward situation.

Finally I managed to rescue myself from the black devil

It seemed to me like disguised evil

Black chair had a sarcastical smile.

And she said threw you in a short while

It is still a mystery whether it was chair malfunction.

Or my inner conscious compunction.

Life is nothing but a comic joke.

God decides whom to poke.
