Everybody looks for wonderful gold
Whether it be physical gold
Or possibly a golden personality
Gold comes in many sizes, shapes, and styles
It may be earrings, necklaces, or twenty-four karat
It may be love, sense of humor, or friendliness
While most look for the physical gold
It is always better to look for a golden personality
Gold can give you money
Gold can make you happy
When you search for either type of gold
Make sure it is not fool’s gold
For if, it is fool’s gold
It will be worth nothing
Or it will make your life horrible
Be sure to enjoy the gold
If it is physical, spend it wisely
If it is a golden personality
Do not do anything to mess it up
Remember this, nothing gold can stay

~ This is a nice free verse poem.-- it was simple in a way--
I wrote a free verse poem for school...well really allmost all the time I write poems BUT back to your poem.
I like the end part the most when you said, " Remember this, nothing gold can stay". Because it was the one thing I was anticipating and the one point that needs to recongized. ---- Don't get attached to physical ( worldly) things and become attached to things that really matter LIKE GOD. ( if your a Christian)
Nothing last for ever .... NOTHING.
