The End of Me



I’ve caused you a lot of pain

We’ve both cried a lot of tears

With this, one thing has remained

Our love, for each other, throughout these years



If you are saying we are over,

Then my heart says it’s the end of me



I am stricken with pain

Morning, noon and night

And my crying never seems to end



Memories and pictures

Are all that you are leaving me

You’re showing no hope, no love

And no chance for a family



So with this I bid my final goodbye

My soul can bare no more

Tonight, with my last breath

My body will crumple to the floor



You were all that I was looking for

With you gone, I just can’t see
