Days come and go
Summer, snow
Each phase in life
you step inside
feels endless for
a moment in time
The past and future
the lessons learned
go out the window
replaced by yearn
for whatever your struggles
at one point in time
if you only remember
to break outside
nothing is permanent
nothing lasts
and perhaps that is beautiful
truth and realism
Live in the moment
but recognize that
your problems aren't eternal
and you thoughts
and feelings
are as impermanent
as green leaves in october
