i'm holding on
to you as you
shake and shiver
not really knowing what to do
not knowing what happened to you
tears stream down
each red umber cheek
your eyes locked and staring
at a wall for the answers you seek
but its staring back with out a word
it can't express
all the pain it heard
speak to me
tell me your ok
your silence
is scaring me
it won't help
the pain go away
the wall won't utter
a single syllable
speak to me
your crying is unbearable
