Colours of the dawn smear their fingertips
across the glittered canopy of a midnight sky.
A dark rainbow slips into her fuschia gown
as Nyx's purple velvet silhouette snuggles
deeper into her bed of translucent stars,
softly blowing out the twinkling candlelight,
to nestle into the arms of waiting dreams.
