Looking into her eyes of hearth
Trying to see her shielded heart
Ty to get in, only to be blocked
My heart, it has been locked
Nothing can get in and nothing can leave
Only the heart of hers, can set mine free
To take a risk and go to France
Or to hide away, and take no chance
To try again, with my head held high
Or give up right now and step aside

Scared be I may
But I must try
To seize my day
I fear no more, I'll raise my voice
I stand here now, I've made my choice
Whether or not she'll take my hand
I seize my day, I heal this sore
And attempt to open my heart, once more
