I am making too many mistakes

I can feel it

Can you hear it?

That voice reminding me,

Coercing me into running

Leading me to the shadows to hide.

The emptiness remains,

Drenched deep within my soul

My heart is aching

What have you done?

How come my soul knows,

But still I sit oblivious?

Is there honesty left in the world?

I am slowly losing faith

I gave into you,

Let you touch me,

I trusted you,

I loved you..

...Why...?
