I want to run and hide,

A quiet place to call my own,

Safe place I can cry,

A place where no one else knows,

Somewhere we don’t fight,

Somewhere we don’t argue,

Somewhere we don’t shout,

Somewhere I can cry.



Its not your fault,

Its not mine either,

Technically its both of ours,

Then again its neither.



I wish it didn’t happen,

Never ever happen,

But it does,

Its not fair or right.



The guilt builds up inside,

Slowly driving me crazy,

Taking me to a place,

Somewhere I don’t want to be,

Driving me to cry,

Cry everything away.



Nothing is ever that simple,

You cant just cry it away,

Because it sits there,

In the back of your mind,

And it starts over again,

The arguing,

Makes me want to,

Run and hide.
