There once was a contest of the prettiest leaves,
But you musen't pick them with your sleeves,
Two sisters where in, one Lucy CC,
The other was Suzy, Suzy BB,
Lucy was lazy and picked off the ground,
But Suzy was smart and looked all around,
She picked one off the tallest of trees,
But hers wasn't as pretty as Lucy CC's,
The next day they took them to school,
But something had changed, Suzy's was cool,
Her colors were so very bright,
Lucy got mad with all of her might,
Lucy's was as hard as a card,
But Suzy had won,
She worked very hard.
