I would have,

I should have told you how I felt.

It's just every time,

I look at you,

my heart begins to melt.

I should have made you mind.

But I was a coward,

I hesitated,

now all I have is wasted time.

I should have given you my all.

But I was selfish,

I gave you nothing,

all I could do was stall.

I shouldn't have let you go.

We could be together,

sharing something special,

but now we'll never know.
