I woke up this morning,

and not just from my sleep,

but from my stupidity,

as well.

I’m now awake,

and fully aware of the reality,

in my life.

I’ve finally woken up,

from the slumbered relationship,

and as you still sleep,

I’ll let you dream,

as I slowly walk away,

from everything I ever had.
