If I cried,

would that change your feelings,

about us parting?

Do tears mean a thing to you?

Or are they just a liquid,

and not an emotion to you?

I’m not using my tears,

as a trap to keep you here.

Just a message for you,

to know that I love you,

and always will.

I’ll cry the day you leave me,

and I know it’s soon,

so don’t pretend,

because I can already feel the tears.
