I can’t ignore how I feel.

I can’t ignore the fact,

that I love him,

more than anything else on this earth.

I can’t help,

that I don’t feel the same for you.

I just wish,

you could understand,

where I am coming from.

I can’t ignore,

that I hurt you.

I can’t ignore,

the pain I’ve caused you.

And I can’t ignore,

your tears.

I know,

you can’t help how you feel for me,

but please understand,

that you’re my friend.

Nothing more,

and nothing less.

Try to understand,

and decipher what I feel,

and don’t feel for you.

And keep in mind,

you can’t make me,

love you.
