Will there ever be such a day,

when I see your smiling face?

Or see you stand in front of me?

And light my life with grace.

Will there ever be such a day,

when I run into your arms?

So you could hold me tight,

for only you could do no harm.

Will there ever be such a day,

when I taste your soft sweet kiss?

Expressing the love we share,

through each moment of solitary bliss.

Will there ever be such a day,

where we walk hand in hand,

down the long aisle way,

to where the preacher stands?

I hope there comes such a day,

and all my days come true.

I can’t wait to spend them,

with my one and only.. you.
