I have finally come to terms with myself,

and realized,

that I may never see you again.

And even if I do,

you and I,

we will both be different.

I will always love you,

no matter how far away you are.

You can never fall out of love,

and that is one of the many things,

I have learned,

from our relationship.

I have to move on.

I can't just stop my life,

because I keep thinking,

you will return to me.

If I could be with you,

I would do it in a heartbeat,

and hope that heartbeat,

lasted forever.

Just know that I think of you,

and will always love you.

You will always hold,

a special place,

in my heart.

And that's a heartbeat,

that will last for an eternity.
