Rock a by baby,

rest in my arms.

Lay your sweet head,

bright with such charm.

When you wake up,

I will be here.

To comfort your crying,

and hold you near.

Oh precious one,

sleep oh so tight.

And if you feel lonely,

I’ll come in the night.

You are my baby,

the one I adore.

A big part of me,

and so much more.

~

I’ll watch you grow.

Child o mine.

I’ll watch all you do,

till the end of time.

But for right now,

you are still small,

in your small little room,

just down the hall.

So sleep baby sleep,

my little boo.
