In the game of life,

you only get,

one single lifeline.

And during the worst time of my life,

you appeared,

and became my lifeline.

You saved me from myself,

and without knowing it,

in turn,

I became your lifeline,

and saved you from yourself.

We became each others lifelines,

which developed into something a little more.

And as time went on,

we developed into what we are today.

Two people,

in love,

through the distance.
