My daily life couldn,t be more wretched
Every day is a thing regretted
The sun shone brightly on my door
But it will be sunny no more
Ever since the day I was born
My whole world has been ripped and torn
And as I grow, it gets more crucial
You have to be perfect...you have to be social
Painting my face with the colors of the sand
I have to fit in...I have to understand
You have to be like the rest of the world
I am required to be a normal girl
I have to act and speak like the rest
Complete with wearung the same hair and dress
Don't speak unless you are spoken to
That is something you must never do
No individuality, no expression
The need to be perfect is my only obsession
The legitimate way is always right
No exceptions
No one will fight.
