Whenever it turns colder

and the leaves fall from the trees

The dreary clouds wil wander

Yet you still won't think of me.

I will be gone

off to join the ravens

in their endless search

for peace and the meaning of life

You will be alone

for that is what you deserve

after what you put me through

Even though

we've shed black tears

Together,we've conquered raging fears

we knew we would make it together

But our love would not last forever

I remember this now

as I close my eyes

and vision the sweet memories we shared

Like lavender lilacs growing in the field

they are still fresh in my mind.

It still pains inside my heart

to know for a fact that you didn't care

You didn't care.

I never meant the world to you

         You never felt my love so true

I made a vow to make you happy

Until the day we would die together

but you ignored me.

And I wonder if you will ever again in your life

find someone so down

willing to be your wife

ready to give up their life

for you.

And I wonder if you'll ever regret

letting me go

Or if you'l ever again

Find someone like me...
