Lighting up the sky
Running to the left
Skipping to the right
You see them
Now they are out of sight
Don't be scared to hold them
They don't bite
Be careful not to hold them too tight
Just close you fist enough to see their glow
They are so cute you wont want to let them go
~
Take a deep breath
Pick a wish and blow
Running to the left
Skipping to the right
The wind carries the wish out of sight
Out of breath
Just want to take a rest
Lie down in the grass and look up at the sky
And watch the dance of the fireflies
