Tonight I found out my neighbor was raping his 13 y/o step daughter,
I heard some commotion,

I heard her mother walk in screaming, crying and in pain.
As if her child was just slain,
I ran out to their house to check on this little girl.
It seemed as if I was transported to another world.

I rushed to take him out the house; he was frozen with fear and crying.
I thought of the long term affect this would have on this innocent child.
I had him taken to my house and stayed by my neighbors for a while.
This is a little girl, who seemed to be following the wrong path,

Staying out later then a normal child her age.
But tonight I learned what set that stage.
Her step father continuously touched places his hands shouldn’t dare.

She chooses to interact with females even if they become slightly more then friends.
She can’t see herself looking at another male again.
The one man she entrusted as a father raped her in more ways then one.
Her mother didn’t protect her, instead begged her not to run.
Asked her not to tell anyone about the secret she had hidden.
How can a mother allow her husband to take her daughter in a way so forbidden?
What sane woman chooses a man over her child and knows she was being molested,
Forget fear of what he’ll do, your daughter should’ve been protected.
Do you realize the psychological damage taking place?
For the sake of your daughter, you should’ve looked fear in the face.
Now forever she’ll live tainted, marred and battling some crazy demons,
Because your husband injected your daughter with his pedophile semen,
You’re an accomplice, because you knew very well.
