There's so much I want to say

but the words escape me,

I want so much to believe but

I know you'll betray me.

There's so much I want to tell

you, so much you need to know

and so little time before I let

you go.

I hope in life you find happiness

I know in time I will.

My future seemed so bright until

you made it stand still.

I had it all together until you

tore my life apart.

I didn't know that when you walked

you would take my heart.

Thought I could keep my cool,

I wasn't so into you.

But that day you said good-bye

my world came tumbling down.

There was no peace of mind and

I lost my solid ground.
