Every now and then...
I step back from everything
to look at things differently.
I smell in the fresh warm air, dirt, freshly cut grass,
the flowers, candle scents, perfumes,
and everything I can.
I hold all these scents in my heart
because they show I'm alive, well, feeling, seeing, thinking,
and tasting every moment of this glorious life.
Every now and then...
I step back from everything
and keep in mind what I'm going through, feeling, and such.
While keeping it in mind, I share it with God.
I thank God for all these gifts
and the ability to love all...
to move past dilemmas...
to learn, share, and borrow insight from information.
Every now and then...
I'm on top of the world.
