Stabilize My Heart

My hearts painted glass
full of quilted memories
from vivid love hues
to faded tear stains
bathing in your hands
praying for sunlight to
make me glisten wondrously
in your sweaty palms
without worrying about
your fumbling fingers
dropping me until I
combust into microscopic pieces.
