Fabricated Poetry

Fabricated Poetry

Karyn Indursky

Syllable by syllable a word
is sewn. Stitches link each
word into a phrase. Then, it
blends into a sentence. Sentences
run rampantly into paragraphs.
Paragraphs bleed into stories,
poems, lives. Lives hum with
colors of memories. Memories
sing voluminously into awed
eyes. Eyes gaze at emotional
obstacles to conquered journeys.
Journeys of  poetry are held
by tender fabric.
