in dingy blonde oceans
with winter sparrow eyes guzzling freedom
as her minty green tea tail splashes
in delight at being able to see
glorious beauty of tree canopies encompassing
all the simple joys of life
that genuinely matter to her
and go beyond superficial fallacies
in mortal pollution.
