Valentine's Day

Written with a pen,
sealed with a kiss,
I wish you eternal bliss.

Read by your eyes,
spoken from your lips,
I hope you feel your heart getting love nips.

If only for a moment
or better yet a day,
I hope this makes you think in a different way.

Cast aside the past,
look at my vulnerable truth,
and notice it all with your mouth.

Accept my feelings,
give it a chance,
and forget about how scared you are of romance.

Driven by passion,
yet worried,
and forget all the things I had unburied.

If you feel weepy,
it's okay to cry,
I'll hand you a tissue and wipe the tears from your eyes.

Now, let me know what's on your mind.
