Loved your poem and the mix of your rap with good vocabluary, a lively poem. It certainly states a case for mental ill health and the state of minds - even your cursing rhymed, excellent. I am really impressed with your poem. I have mental ill health too some thoughts and phases just died a death and still round they go.

I sped up reading as I realized the rhythms were rap cadenced...nice grasp of the form...ever read Ego Trippin' by Nikki Giovanni? "Even my mistakes are perfect" You remind me of her in the early years (60's). Sassy write...allets
