Fate the twisting paths we lead
Never heed the pain or grieve
Emotions suppressed in desperate need
Escape from the world, a cruel breed
A moment of pain felt eternally
Through endless days that pass for years
A life of sorrow filled with tears
Troubled sleep, rest never near
Forever a child trapped by fear
Cries go unheard, no escape from here
Emotionless tides on a dead sea shores
Lifeless eyes shall see no more
Dragons lighting the skies of the soul
Assaulting the fortress of Destiny’s hold
Breathing fire on a world so cold
A bloodless battle raging within
A useless struggle with no way to win
Frantic to free the child within
The breath of the Dragons seem ever so dim
Fading away on the ethereal winds
Time has passed with many regrets
Another world he can never forget
Not the anger that haunts his every breath
Nor the loss of life, he sees no death
