I'm Trapped 

Trapped in my own 

Body and Mind 

Someone help me!

I scream

but no one hears

Please help me!

I'm Trapped 

Trapped in my own skin 

No one hears my screams

Why won't anyone help me?

No one see me

I'm Trapped 

Tapped in this Hell of a life

I try to escape 

Slowly, I'm escaping

I Escaped

But I can't move

But I can still hear. 

Why would she do this?

Why didn't I notice?

I hear people, Blaming

Blaming themselves

I Escaped

I can't hear

But I can see

I see everything 

Tears. Smiles. Maddness

I Escaped

But all I can see is Red

I'm no longer Trapped

I am Free
