Diss is It.

He laughed when he said that he'd been dissed,

And I wondered what he meant by this?

Could it be his disc has slipped,

Or waltzing when disco was hip?

Maybe he is on an album,

Or a hard drive is the problem?

Or even that he spilled his plate,

That caused this expression to relate?

Then again it could be jargon,

For drinking 'til completely plastered.

Or could it be that he was a long way,

From where he had to go that day?

Maybe his tongue couldn't get around,

The word that made him make that sound?

So perhaps he had been to Disney Land,

That's why he laughed, I understand.

Or maybe really "dissed" is what,

You buy from "recycling and disused" shops?

Or could it be that dissed be had,

In the dissecting of a laboratory rat?

But they tell me diss and dat,

So maybe it's a new computer fad?

And dissed is a disc complete with diss,

That contains some strangely funny bizz?

Can dissed be truly understood,

Or is it dialectic in it's proof?

And if so what opposes diss,

To demonstrate it's usefulness?

My friend he is a clever man,

To use such words that do compound.

So I will ask him another time,

If diss is one for all mankind?

Author's Notes/Comments:

Diss goes with dat. (No but really what does it mean?)
