I say a prayer tonight
For someone dear to me
Tonight I pray for the health
Of my baby brother
I was ten when he was born
I took care of him and looked out for him
He was my little one
We became lifelong friends
With love so strong
A love never ending
Now he is ill
With a disease so dreadful
Dear Lord, I pray to you
Please make my brother well
My own life I simply could not endure
Without my baby brother
Hi.. I will be praying for your brother.. I was devastated when my brother killed himself.. there was no warning to prepare us... sometimes I wonder though.. the waiting is so hard.. waiting to see someone that you love wither away.. and then just disappear...how hard it must be for you... My prayers and thoughts are with you.. thank you for reading my work..
