Lolita

Broken glass on the floor

Blood trails near the door

The black curls dangle alone

Across the frame of the pale face

As the bloody hand will trace

The existence of the face

The blue gray eyes hid a secret

They hid it well, behind the door

The door that is locked in the darkness of her soul

The soul so tainted and torn

There is no chance of her being reborn

So the tears fall down the blue gray eyes

As she realizes the shattering lies

The black curls fall in front of her face

As the bloody hand begins to trace

The last part of her once heavenly face

The blood runs down her arm

She did herself harm

But not as much pain as the others

They weren’t just lovers

They weren’t just friends

He killed her innocence

He stole her soul

Devil… he was out of control

The last resort to heal her pain

Was for her to go insane

Where could she run?

Where could she hide?

There was no one to abide…

So the scar upon her wrist

Was the last attempt to save herself.

No matter how hard she tried

Fate threw her back in the pit

She struggled as hard as she could

He sat in silence and knew nothing of her

He watched from a far

He seen the blood fall from the scar

A chuckle escapes his lips

As he watches her die

An agonizing cry

Shatters the fragile glass of the night

The crimson pool surrounds

Inaudible screams knowing no bounds

Lacey black dress stickin’ to the floor

His hazel eyes

Reveal all of his cold lies

Her curls flowing from the crown

Like an ocean waving down

The pale blue eyes slowly closing

Hot tears fiercely imposing

The blood knife driven into the floor

He spat beside her muttering, “Whore.”

Death hovering overhead

The body below him heavy as lead

As Lolita lay dying

A flock of ravens began flying

He knew nothing of her pain

Outside it began to rain

Cold and lifeless inside the room

Lay Lolita to meet her doom

His eyes gaze upon her face

Pondering her action to fall from grace

Slowly hazel eyes wander about

As his body slithered out

He let her die in that place

All alone with death to face
