The friendship we've forged
Surpasses titles but I think wife will do
A spouse is a life long partner

You’re short enough to wear stilettos sharp as swords
Your smile emulates radiance
Makes unknowing boys repent
But your heart now that’s something
I'm privileged to have carved a name in
Sometimes I hurt you the way only I know how
And that’s when I’m sorriest; like now
I know you will forgive me
Even though you maybe quite angry
Truth is there is one thing I never wish to do
To see you cry or be the one whos hurt you
I love you, my wife, my friend
