Night Sounds
Dusk,
land dims,
night begins.
Creatures do their
thing.
Dusk,
faint moon
above the
night’s horizon.
Bats screech and take to flight with furry wing.

Stacked Poem
First Form: Lanturne
The Lanturne is a five-line verse shaped like a Japanese lantern with a syllabic pattern of one, two, three, four, one.
It is a short shape poem from Japan describing a specific one syllable noun, such as a feeling, a thing, or an abstract idea.
The purpose of the lantern poem is to illuminate the subject and re-imagine or personalize it for the reader, not just to simply define it.
Second Form: Tetractys
Tetractys should express a complete thought, profound or comic, witty or wise, using 20 syllables. 5 lines with a syllable count of...
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 10
The "1 syllable" line must be a proper, interesting word.... nothing like "a" or "the"
.
Should be centered but can't do that here at this time.
I like this a lot too Phil,
