Dawn of Day
Dawn of day, florid in light,
streams through trees not lacking height.
My eyes beholding a sight that’s not old,
bright gold with day’s ignite

This is a Welsh form called the Englyn Unodle Union
The rules are that it is a four line stanza of:
L1 - 7 syllables
L2 - 7 syllables
L3 - 10 syllables
L4 - 6 syllables
The lines have to rhyme like this:
L1 - xxxxxxa
L2 - xxxxxxa
L3 - xxxxxxxaxxb
L4 - xbxxxa
