Life After Death?

Folder:
2009 Poetry

The graves of those souls who go before us,

dug so deeply into the cold black ground.

Souls no longer here are not to be found,

though many opinions are there to discuss.

Beliefs back to Remus and Romulus

when truly thought out are not so profound.

Bodies of the dead are finally unbound,

with stories of old we should all distrust.

Faith is the answer to that final call,

for what you believe may be your savior.

It may be that what you do not believe,

will be cause for your lasting final pall.

Making you wish you changed your behavior,

so you could get what you hoped to achieve.
