Winter's Canvas
Stars sparkle on a cold winter's night,
on ground covered with a blanket of white.
Trees clinging with needles of pine,
moon hanging high as it shines.
Horizon aglow with golden embrace,
as snow floats down like delicate lace.
Aurora glancing across the sky,
off in the distance hear a wolf's faint cry.
Natures' beauty surrounds my vision
with wonderful images of infinite precision.
Works of art in all their glory
adding fodder to complete this story.
Silent thoughts deep from my heart,
shared feelings trying to impart.
