Enough

Enough

by Peggikaye Eagler

You touched my father,

    In unspeakable ways,

        His brothers touched too,

            Terror haunts to this day.

The chaos you wreaked,

    Effecting them still,

        Locked one into prison,

            One's prison: self will.

That wasn't enough, though,

    Your poisonous grasp,

        Through different monsters,

            You wanted more to clasp.

Another generation,

    You had to spoil,

My secret pain, your touch of horror,

Makes sure I continue to recoil.

Secret pain covers deep,

    Protected by laughter,

        None sees their touch,

Sends my fears through the rafters.

How DARE you come back,

    And even attempt to try,

        A third time to touch,

            This family, to make cry!

Your hands came too close,

    To my precious sons heart,

        Expose his purity,

            To your poisonous dart!

You made him question,

    That which should be free,

        Your cold eyes just winked,

            As you laughed with glee,

Not another step closer,

    Enough is enough!

A glimpse of you is all!

For my boy I'll stand tough!

Do NOT touch my son,

    Let loose of your clasp,

        No third generation,

            Time to shatter your grasp!

Author's Notes/Comments:

My sons female science teacher, flirted with him, had sex with a classmate.
