KISS OF THE ROSE

Gaze upon this flower.

It’s for your eyes to devour.

A  sented symphony in a bose

Yet, the rose is not just a rose.

It’s a pure reflection of mother earth.

A child of the sun, She feed on simple rain.

A gift to many lovers.

A symbol of solace in time of pain.

This flower is a kiss from God himself.

The pedals, like soft lips.

The fragrances of love and intoxicating beauty.

Leaves, like out reached arms, Welcoming his sweet embrace.

This flower,

Behold its nature,

For it is earth, sun, moon and rain.

He shares his beauty,

Through the silence of a kiss.

That is the rose.
