Tangled In Collapsed Sighs
Bathing in the blush of pink sunrise's
bursting open with morningtide swells
we lay in a pour of tangled need
beneath drifting cotton sheets
where I brush soft curls
dressing the beg of your surrender
in a hum of whispers
and the bend of fingertip wishes.
There is a landslide of plead
in your eyes
as I tease the burial of tongue lashes
with a gentle velvet of kisses
surrounding the pout of your hunger
awaiting
the swallow of my thirst
as tender melt quivers
rage in the sway of my lips
spilling
liquid heaven
in the wet of our drown
and the arch of euphoria.
I fall crumbling in your thunder
until lightning surges me back
again
and again
in the burn of your crave
devouring me whole
in a wrap of explosions
shattering us in sweltering rain
where we find home
in the cradle of collapsed sighs
