The Bath
Lights are out
candles flicker in the shadows of the dark
your bath is drawn,
this night two lovers share into dawn
Slide your beautiful body in my love
feel the warmth of the water surround your beauty
let the bubbles slowly caress your soft flesh
as your eyes close so peacefully
My hands now become the temple of your soul
running through your hair
and down across the loveliness of your face,
fingers lingering along your lips without haste
You seem lost in a dream as your body stirs,
my hands find the swells of your breasts
escaping your lips is a light purr,
opening your eyes, I see a desire for more
I feel the need to go where we have before
My robe falls and you hang on, as I pull you away from the bath,
drawn into the bedroom etched in moonlight
I lay your beautiful wet body down, as moisture seeps into the satin sheets,
we are two lovers consumed with hunger into the night.
