I Never Knew Love Like Loving You



There must have been something in the air

for us to have been that aware

our strength together we shared,

hearts laid open and bared



We came to be so easily

one look was all it took,

first love became ours the first time

as I knew immediately I wanted your heart to be mine



Your eyes drew me into an exquisite world of beauty

I was completely taken in so suddenly

those feelings of excitement were fresh and new,

I never knew love like loving you



So special,

so real,

we just knew it would be forever

just us,

enjoying our love growing together



We cuddled,

we kissed,

we held each other tight,

and then one night

desires fresh and new,

we made love in the moonlight,

I never knew love like loving you.
