the quietude of the dark is deafening
so is the silence that burdens my peace
at night, when stars and moon serve
to be the dusk’s festoons
I am awake calibrating their effulgence
carillon is heard playing ditty
clement in the whisper of the deity
stars drew together dancing in whorl
disclosing a beauty concealed
unsteady mind athwart the dusk
thoughts of love inundates my dark
your image makes lovely ray in my cranium
engaging my brain to imagine your presence
right next to my cushion
