Suffering artist rings true

most of my best poetry is due

to suffering and trying to figure out

a way out

of this mess

in much distress

I trust things will work out in the long run

and in the mean time I intend to have fun

or at least try to

do or die to

I must trust that things will work out

I must not allow room for any doubt

Have too many rules to make me feel cool

but gotta try to find a tool

to make it all right

without much of a fight

if one at all

I may stand I may fall
