'The Sultry Uncommon'
prickles in the restless heat
reflections and veils
offer little if no
actual reprieve
sensuous meandering
sits aside
vertigo challenged
yet still churning
upward from the loins
from a distinct perspective
some might even
actually perceive
vague annoyance has
been spawned
trespassers are
both of your eyes
as they carefully linger
upon my deceptively calm visage
don't you even yet realize
I long to kiss that look of yours
right off your face
into relentless smoke and
smoldering greed
for toppings they both are
to a far superior mutual taste's need...............
