THE BLOSSOM'S STEM

Folder:
JOURNAL #36

and before you
I stand
'The Blossom's Stem'
daring to grow
amid such graceful wind
the one you claim your love
does not clone
but be it the tide or
this sappy love sick woman's grin
for me you forever are
the beautiful oak that ever bends
never snapping his branches
in that wayward wind
he stands tall to shade me
when 'st the day is most hot
protecting from burn
my fair infatuated skin
as he cradles me on the spot
the clouds over head and so angry
full of storm
would not dare touch me
if by his dear branches I am so lovingly
adorned
I fear not any earthly disaster nor man made
calamity
the world could collapse by the force of a
sudden black hole's catastrophe
but beneath this beloved trunk and
wide enveloping branches
its wayward whipping wind
could not wrestle from me
my peace and deeply serene sanity
for my heart remains ever focused on
the inner tranquil 's calm
that of my fierce and fiery man
ever stronger holding me
steady on
for we two
so sweetly know
fear has no place
to find shelter
between our tirelessly
entwining hearts
beaming unto
each other all aglow..................
